A Tangible Connection
When was the last time you felt that little spark of joy after spying a hand-written note lounging in your mailbox?
Handwritten notes gracing mailboxes are few and far between nowadays.
I do count myself lucky that I still receive the occasional letter. It is something that has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. Letters from my dad at each milestone in my life's journey so far, special notes and cards from my mom, cards from my aunt and so many other pieces of written correspondence have shaped my perception of connection and appreciation.
Lately I have felt there is such a disconnect between people and their communities both locally and at large. Sometimes receiving a little piece of mail can help to bring a sense of grounding to you and your importance in this world. This shows how the connections we form help to strengthen or grow not only our appreciation for our own lives, but also those around us.
Since it has always been such an important part of my life, I want to bring that sense of connection back to my present life and to those of you who wish to participate.
There's no obligation to write back when you fill out the information below (of course your information will remain private and not be sold to anyone for marketing purposes). Just give me a little information about what you may need- whether it is a little note of encouragement, a little tarot, rune or oracle card pull (this is a much more truncated version of my virtual readings) or just something that comes to me intuitively to send to you. You may also request this for someone else! And then soon you or whoever you chose will be receiving a handwritten note in the mail!
I am so excited to share this with you all and I can't wait to see what connections blossom! Writing in general has been such a huge part of my life, not always shared, but it has helped me to explore the depths of my emotions from happiness and love to heartbreak and despair to healing and transformation. It has helped bring clarity to countless situations in my life and has been a way for me to communicate with myself and others in moments when I couldn't voice the words out loud. I hope this inspires you to remember the power of physically writing things down, whether it is a letter to yourself, a loved one or an acquaintance.
I can't wait to connect with all of you!
